St. John Ambulance staff have kindly agreed to come back and demonstrate how to use the village's defibrillator, which is situated behind the Institute.
They will also demonstrate resuscitation techniques and the event will take place in The Institute, prior to the summer BBQ on the village green.

Following the resuscitation demonstration by St John Ambulance in the Institute, we will have our summer BBQ which will be held on the village green from 3pm onwards.
• We will have BBQ pulled pork in rolls available for everyone to enjoy (for a small donation)
• Plus we will set up a couple of BBQs and then you are all welcome to bring your own food to cook in addition.
• It would be great if people could bring along some bits to accompany the BBQ to share, such as salad, coleslaw, nibbles etc. - we will set up a table for this.
• As usual, please bring your own drinks.
• We will also have the games available, and the quoits will be ready for an outing too!
